One broker per city.
Launch yours.
The platform behind grandrapids.realestate, licensed to one brokerage per metro — your market, your brand, your agents planting the flags.
Brokers only. One per city.
We don't sell this to every agent in a market — that would make it worthless to all of them. Each metro gets one platform, run by one broker, on a local domain the way grandrapids.realestate is ours. Inside your market, the Atlas is yours alone: your brand, your agents, your listings, your leads.
Why brokers? Because the Atlas is brokerage infrastructure, not a widget. It needs an MLS membership, a recruiting story, and someone with standing in the market to be the face of it. A broker can put twenty agents behind twenty neighborhoods on day one — and that's when the flywheel starts.
Grand Rapids is deliberately the only live city. The platform is proven here first — every feature ships to a real market with real closings before it ships anywhere else. The first cities to launch get founding terms and a real say in what gets built next.
Priced to the size of the prize.
Each city runs on a platform fee scaled to the metro — population and transaction volume set it. A mid-size market isn't priced like a top-twenty one, and neither is priced like a college town. What you're buying is the same everywhere: the full geography build, the MLS pipeline, the consumer site, and the agent territory engine — exclusively yours in your market.
Your agents never pay to play — claiming is free and their contribution holds their territory. The platform fee is brokerage infrastructure, like your MLS dues or your franchise fee — except this one comes with a moat.
Founding cities get founding terms — set while the platform is still proving itself beyond Grand Rapids, because that's when partnership is worth the most. Exact numbers happen on a call, market by market.
How a city launches.
Claim your metro
We agree on the market and secure its local domain — your city’s version of grandrapids.realestate.
We build the geography
Boundaries, parcel records, schools, lakes, walk times, pricing — the same enrichment pipeline that built the flagship, run for your county lines.
Your MLS feed connects
Any RESO-compliant MLS. Listings flow into the geography automatically, with IDX compliance handled.
Your agents plant flags
Agents claim neighborhoods, pages start ranking, leads start routing. The longer it runs, the deeper the moat.
Straight answers
What does a city launch cost?
A platform fee scaled to the metro — population and transaction volume set it. The first founding cities get terms that won’t be offered again. Exact numbers happen on a call, market by market.
Does it work with my MLS?
The platform ingests listings over the RESO Web API standard, which nearly every MLS in the country now supports. IDX display rules and compliance are built into the pipeline.
Is this a template site?
No. The geography is built from your counties’ actual parcel records, plats, school boundaries, and road networks. Two cities on the Atlas share a platform — not content.
