The Church Map - Real Estate Professionals Network

Buy or sell your home with a real estate professional who shares your faith

Tell us where you are and what you’re hoping to do. A real person from our team will read it and personally introduce you to a vetted Christian real estate agent who serves your county. It’s free, there’s no obligation, and you can say “no thanks” at any point.

Takes about two minutes. No cost, no contract — wherever you are in the country, we introduce you to the one agent who serves your county, not a list.

How it works

Three steps, and a real person is involved in every one of them.

  1. 1. Tell us about your move

A short form — where you are, what you’re hoping to do, and what matters to you. Two minutes, nothing more.

    Free and private

  2. 2. We hand-pick your agent

A real person on our team reads what you sent and chooses a vetted Christian agent who actually serves your county — never an automated list.

Reviewed by a person, not software

  3. 3. You interview them — no obligation

Talk with the agent we introduce. If it’s not the right fit, tell us and we’ll try again. You choose whether to move forward.

    No pressure, no contract

Why a Christian agent

Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions most people make. It’s also one of the most stressful — money, timing, family, and a hundred small choices that add up to where you’ll actually live. A Christian agent isn’t a guarantee of a smoother sale, but it does mean the person guiding you through it shares how you think about honesty, patience, and what a good outcome actually looks like.

Shared values

You won’t need to explain why you want to pray before signing, or why a quick sale isn’t worth cutting a corner. That’s already the starting point.

Godly counsel

Good advice, honestly given — even when the honest answer is “wait” or “that offer isn’t good enough,” not just whatever closes the deal fastest.

Real advocacy

An agent working for you, not just the transaction — someone who treats your move with the same care they’d want for their own family.

What makes us different

We aren’t a directory of names. We’re built on top of a national church-mapping platform most referral sites simply don’t have — see the churches near any home, anywhere in the country.

The Church Map

300,000+

churches mapped across all 50 states

The Church Map is an interactive, national directory of churches — the kind of coverage that comes from mapping congregations as a mission, not a side project. Wherever you’re moving, we can show you the churches already there. It’s the same faith-first mapping work behind this network, and it’s paired with neighborhood-level place data from our sister platform, Neighborhood Atlas.

Backed by a real brokerage

This referral network is new, so we won’t invent a track record for it. What we can tell you honestly is who stands behind it.

Referrals are placed through Grand Rapids Real Estate Co., in partnership with AARE (Andrew Arroyo Real Estate) — a diversified, faith-based real estate brokerage founded in 2004 that today operates nationwide in 25 states.

  • Over two decades in business

AARE was founded in 2004 in Southern California and has grown into hundreds of agents, brokers, investors, property managers, loan officers, and shareholders.

  • A national footprint

Licensed and operating in 25 states — the kind of reach a brand-new referral site can’t build on its own, but a real, established brokerage already has.

  • A faith-based business model

AARE calls it “Generous Capitalism” — a portion of company and agent commissions goes directly to charities, at no extra cost to the client.

  • Room for faith on the job

AARE maintains a formal religious-accommodation policy for its own team — time for prayer and room to observe religious holidays. It’s a company that takes faith seriously, inside and out.

These facts describe Grand Rapids Real Estate Co. and its partner brokerage AARE, current as of aare.com. The referral network itself is new — its own track record is still being written, one introduction at a time.

Who’s behind this

The Church Map - Real Estate Professionals Network is a project of The Church Map and Neighborhood Atlas — two platforms built on the same conviction: that place matters, and that people deserve better tools for finding both a home and a church to belong to.

Founded by Jon Hazeltine

Grand Rapids Real Estate Co., in partnership with AARE

AARE (Andrew Arroyo Real Estate) is led by founder and CEO Andrew Arroyo. Together, the two brokerages place every referral this network makes.

Questions

Is this actually free?

Yes. There is no fee to be matched, no cost to talk with the agent we introduce you to, and no obligation to work with them. If you go on to buy or sell a home, the agent is paid the normal way real estate professionals are paid — through the transaction. You never pay us directly.

How are agents vetted?

Every agent in the network is a licensed real estate professional who is open about their faith and has been personally reviewed before being added. The network is built on Grand Rapids Real Estate Co. in partnership with AARE, a real estate brokerage that has operated nationwide for over two decades — so the agents we introduce you to are backed by an established brokerage’s standards, not an anonymous directory.

What's the difference between a realtor and an agent?

“Real estate agent” is the general term for anyone licensed to help buy or sell property. “Realtor” is a trademarked title for agents who are also members of the National Association of Realtors and its code of ethics. Most agents in this network are realtors; we use both words on this page because most people search both ways.

How do I start?

Tap “Introduce me to a Christian agent,” tell us a little about your move and where you’re located, and a real person on our team will read it and personally connect you with a vetted agent who serves your county. It takes about two minutes.
